Developers and Generator Owners/IPPs – The majority of energy sold under long-term contracts are done within a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) process. A thorough understanding of the process and an attention to detail are critical to short-listing your project. MEG has the expertise and experience to prepare the proposal to maximize your project’s probability of success.  MEG will properly prepare the proposal, establish and maintain credibility with the purchasing utility, provide strategic guidance on positioning of the asset and offer price, and will provide negotiation advice or negotiate the energy sales agreement upon short-listing. MEG can handle the entire process from RFP submittal to execution of the Power Purchase Agreement. MEG has successfully negotiated multiple long-term Power Purchase Agreements on behalf of developers/IPPs nationwide.

Purchasers of Energy (IOU/Public Power) – Procurement of energy or fuel can be a challenging and complex process.
